Watford Borough Council is planning the development of a part of the Woodside Park at the North West corner of the site where the Historic Woodside Lodge and Farm buildings are located.

 

These buildings are presently home to Watford Amateur Boxing Club, Watford Town Cricket Club, Changing Rooms, and the Park Maintenance Team Depot.
